What is Legend status in CS2?
Earning Legend status is a multi-event benefit: it guarantees you a spot in the Legends Stage of the following Major without needing to grind Challengers. The status is stamped on each qualifying player's in-game sticker for that Major, which is a lifetime badge. Teams that finish 9th-16th earn Challenger status and must play through Challengers Stage at the next Major. Teams outside top-16 do not qualify at all and must earn their spot via Regional Major Rankings (RMR) events.
