What is RMR in CS2?
The RMR system was introduced to replace the older "Minor" tournaments. Each region (Europe, Americas, Asia) runs its own RMR event with a region-adjusted team pool. Top finishers advance to the Major's Challengers Stage. The system creates a transparent qualification path from any region to the Major itself — a team with no Tier-1 international pedigree can qualify out of their regional RMR and suddenly be playing the Legends Stage. RMR events carry significant prize pools of their own and are heavily attended by mid-Tier-1 and Tier-2 teams.
