How do CS2 betting odds work?
Odds have three common formats. Decimal odds (2.00) are used in Europe, Australia and most of the world — easy to compute total return by multiplying. Fractional odds (1/1 = evens) are the UK standard. American odds (+100 = decimal 2.00) are US-native. To convert decimal to implied probability, divide 1 by the decimal — so 2.00 = 50%, 1.50 = 66.7%, 3.00 = 33.3%. Bookmakers price in an overround (the margin they keep), so the implied probabilities of all outcomes in a market sum to slightly more than 100%. Reading odds means subtracting that overround to find the true implied probability.
